Stepping Stones was started in 2024 by Faith Hayes to provide counseling services to Northwest Indiana. Faith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years of experience in social services. In addition to a Masters Degree in Counseling, Faith completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership in 2023.

The team at Stepping Stones is comprised of a combination of social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists. Each clinician contributes to the counseling profession with their own therapeutic approach and unique set of skills to reach clients from all backgrounds. Our therapists have experience working in a variety of settings, including schools, home-based, telehealth, inpatient and outpatient settings.
